We mainly target office buildings (corporate offices and Medical clinics) ,and commercial properties , and in some cases residential properties.<\/p>

There are 2 types of returns,The first type is the property rent (if the property is ready to move) , the second type comes from reselling the property with an increased price at the end of the investment period (as detailed in the opportunity proposal).<\/p>

Unfortunately no, The cash distributions come from property rents , but we try our best to keep the unit rented most of the time (for example by depending on long term contracts and other practices).<\/p>

In some cases, the opportunity will be partially or fully rented at the time of offering , and we develop our feasibility study considering the targeted tenant segment and how to reach them.<\/p>

Typically, An opportunity should be funded within 3 months of it\u2019s offering on Tharwa Crowd platform.<\/p>
