What is the legal form that documents and guarantees my investment?

All contracts can be registered in the Egyptian real estate registry to ensure your ownership of the agreed share, and in some opportunities the legal form is an ownership stake in a company registered with the General Investment Authority in Egypt.

What is the minimum amount I can invest?

You can invest starting from 50 thousand EGP and up to 500 thousand EGP, and we are working hard to provide the opportunity for smaller amounts in the upcoming opportunities.

How will my investment achieve its returns?and how frequent will these returns be distributed?

There are 2 types of returns,The first type is the property rent (if the property is ready to move) , the second type comes from reselling the property with an increased price at the end of the investment period (as detailed in the opportunity proposal).

Usually Returns are distributed to investors monthly or quarterly (but this differs from an opportunity to another).

What if I needed to sell my share before the end of the investment period?

You can list your share for sale on Tharwa Crowd platform , we will help you by sending announcements to existing and prospect customers on your behalf.

In some opportunities, you will be able to sell your share immediately to one of the primary investors.

If I’m interested in an opportunity should I transfer the whole investment amount now?

No,You are kindly asked to transfer 5% only of the investment amount as reservation payment (Which is fully refundable if the opportunity is not fully funded).

Typically, An opportunity should be funded within 3 months of it’s offering on Tharwa Crowd platform,Although this period might be different for some opportunities.
